CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% deposit is required upon booking. Advances are refundable up to 30 before arrival.
We have the right to pre-approve your card before your arrival. Up to 30 days before arrival cancellation is free, 29 to 14 days before arrival 30% will be charged, 14 to 0 days before arrival 100% will be charged.
If the deposit amount does not exceed one night then an amount equal to one night is deducted.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Any cancellation or booking fee is charged by the property.
Additional costs will be paid at the hotel.
ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Sorry, we do not accept children under 13 and babies. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Due to Coronavirus the schedules have changed.
Departure is until 11:00. Arrivals can now be made after 15:00 and until 21:30.
SECURE PAYMENTS
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
